What is Transpharm?
We are South Africa’s leading wholesaler and distributor of pharmaceutical, surgical, veterinary, and non-medicinal products. We manage the entire process, from product procurement right through to the timely delivery of your order and offer a wide range. 
Does Transpharm deliver?
All customers who have an existing account with Transpharm qualify for free delivery in South Africa, no minimum order required.

How do I open an account?
Simply download and fill out the application form to apply. The form must be completed in full and returned to applications@transpharm.co.za with all the required supporting documentats attached.
 
How do I pay for goods?
Customers are able to pay for their purchases via debit or credit card, as well as EFT.
How do I query my bill, balance or statement?

How do I increase or decrease the limit on my account?

Managing Your Orders

How do I place an order?
There are a number of ways to place your order, depending on what you would prefer. You can also access our items through Orderwise, Xprocure, Surgicom and rep-Wise.
How do I cancel my order or items?

What happens when items are out of stock?
When you place your order, you’ll only be invoiced on the products that we have in stock. In the unlikely event of a stock problem, one of our consultants will contact you with more information regarding the item.

How long will it take to receive my items?

Can I track my parcel/s?

How much does it cost for delivery?
We provide a free delivery service and with no minimum order quantity requirements.
Can I report issues with my items or delivery?

Returns & Refunds

What is Transpharm’s return policy?
Items need to be returned 48hrs within receipt of the goods. Please note, injectable fridge line items are non-returnable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
